This cookie was inspired by the iconic Joslynn Fish, owner of South Press Coffee in Knoxville, TN. She was the first place to carry our cookies and we created this treat to honor her. This cookie is packed with flavor and is a force to be reckoned with, just like our beloved Joslynn!
